The Department of Social Services (DSS) collects your name, phone number and contact address via the Request DSS Data Portal, hosted by Aristotle Metadata, to manage your request for data, or otherwise as permitted or required by law. Any disclosure of personal information will be as required or authorised by law. If you do not provide your name and contact address we will not be able to consider your request for data.

Please note, consistent with DSS IT Policies, your access and use of the Request DSS Data Portal may be monitored as part of preventing inappropriate access and responding to any specific concerns that may arise.

  • Your password can’t be too similar to your other personal information.
  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
  • Your password can’t be a commonly used password.
  • Your password can’t be entirely numeric.
  • Your new password cannot be the same as your old password.
